About the Role:
Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Oversee and reconcile general ledger accounts Lead month-end and year-end closing processes Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff Manage and ensure accuracy of financial records and transactions Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during annual audits Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and filings Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed, such as system implementations or process improvements.
