Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for customers daily technical consulting, and provide necessary home maintenance, installation and other after-sales technical services;
Be responsible for receiving the daily complaints from customers and coordinate to deal with them in time.
Conduct the quality tracking and failure rate statistics of sales products, compile and file the relevant technical problems files;
Prepare and update relevant overseas training materials, provide necessary product training for overseas customers, communicate with customers on relevant technology and enhance Customer satisfaction;
Complete other temporary work assigned by the department.
