Job Title: Associate Scientist - Downstream Purification

Location: King of Prussia, PA

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AKTA systems to purify monoclonal antibodies from cell culture harvests.
• Develop and optimize purification methods to ensure high-quality antibody production.
• Write and document detailed methods and protocols for downstream purification processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support bioprocessing activities.
• Analyze and interpret data to improve purification processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with AKTA systems.
• Proven experience in writing methods and protocols.
• Strong understanding of the bioprocessing field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills:

• Expertise in AKTA systems and antibody purification
• Method development and documentation
• Data analysis and interpretation
• Knowledge of bioprocessing techniques
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with PCR, SDS-PAGE, UPLC, HPLC, or ELISA

Compensation:

$27-33/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
