Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our own brand business through wholesale and electrician channels. This is a full-time hybrid position, offering a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales and business development to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase sales and market share for our own brand products through wholesale and electrician channels

- Identify and target potential customers and establish strong relationships to drive sales and revenue growth

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and promotions to support sales efforts

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition

- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products

- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

- Provide excellent customer service and support to maintain strong relationships with existing clients

- Train and educate wholesale and electrician partners on our products and services to increase their knowledge and confidence in selling our products

- Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from the market to improve our product offerings

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the lighting or electrical industry

- Proven track record of successfully driving sales and achieving targets

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Willingness to travel for business purposes
