Alabama State University invites applications for a Campus Tour Coordinator to enhance student recruitment efforts by managing and executing campus tours, high school tours, and the Alabama State University Buzz Tour. This role is responsible for highlighting the university's programs, campus culture, and student experience to prospective students, families, and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic communicator with strong organizational skills and a passion for promoting higher education opportunities at ASU. Duties and Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, communications, student affairs, or a related field, 1 year of experience in student recruitment, admissions, tour coordination, or a related area. excellent public speaking and interpersonal communication skills, strong organizational and event planning abilities with attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Slate and Peoplesoft CRM systems for data tracking and engagement, and available to travel and work evening and weekends as needed.
