We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, professionalism, and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and responsive customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Accurately enter and update customer data in internal systems
• Process orders, applications, or service requests efficiently
• Resolve customer issues or escalate when needed
• Maintain organized records and uphold confidentiality standards
• Follow company procedures and documentation protocols

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or data entry role
• Strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
