Job Title: Product Master Data Specialist

Location: Radnor, PA (Hybrid – 3 Days In Office)

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year

Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage product master data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
• Assist in data synchronization processes, preferably using platforms such as 1WorldSync
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain and business operations
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and contribute to process improvements
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Early-career candidates encouraged to apply
• Supply chain and/or consumer goods (CG) industry experience is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (minimum 80% score on MS Excel 2019 intermediate user assessment required)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with data synchronization tools
