Job Title: Event Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to join our team and help us bring our exciting events to life. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning, executing, and managing of various events ranging from corporate gatherings to large-scale social functions. Your creativity and attention to detail will be key to creating memorable experiences for attendees.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute events from conception to completion within budget and timeline.
Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, and transportation.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best services and rates.
Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract attendees and enhance event visibility.
Create detailed event itineraries and manage on-site logistics during events.
Oversee event registration processes, including attendee communication and ticket sales.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
