Find your fit — and your future. We are looking for a dedicated Facilities Support Specialist to join our team. You will provide essential support for a variety of Facilities-related tasks, including conference room setups, office installations, mailroom assistance, and general office support. You are a person who can ensure exceptional service with a focus on quality and timeliness to LS&CO. employees and departments. About the Job Common Area Maintenance:
  • Manage and replenish kitchen supplies such as utensils, paper plates, and paper towels.
  • Replenish coffee machines and ensure adequate supplies.
  • Ensure paths of travel are always presentable following LS&CO. Standards.
  • Perform weekly building maintenance walkthroughs to request required services: i.e. carpet stains, building cleanliness, and lights out.
Conference Room Setup & Support:
  • Oversee A/V cord management for conference rooms to ensure rooms meet LS&CO. Standards.
  • Perform conference room furniture resets based on event or meeting requirements, and standard conference room setups.
  • Set up and tear down catering tables for meetings and events.
  • Facilitate flexible conference room setups and teardowns.
Move Assistance:
  • Coordinate and the deliver crates, boxes, and speed-paks to designated areas, assisting with organizational needs.
  • Move chairs, crates, name tags, and other desk-related items.
  • Oversee the delivery and hauling out of speed-paks containing trash, recycling, mutilated garments, and samples.
  • Winterize executive patios in coordination with Facilities staff.
Copy Room Management & Upkeep:
  • Perform regular cleaning of copy rooms to maintain a tidy environment, including excess trash and larger items.
  • Restock paper supplies to ensure availability.
Desk/Office Installation Work:
  • Set up new offices and workstations for employees.
  • Create name tags for office setups.
  • Install and maintain nameplates for offices and workstations.
  • Hang artwork and ensure placement in office spaces.
  • Install and relocate ergonomic equipment, such as keyboard trays and monitor arms per individual task requirements.
  • Install sit/stand desks.
  • Help with lounge furniture deliveries, setups, and moves.
Mail Room Assistance: • Assist with mail and freight services. About You Experience:
  • Basic knowledge of office furniture installation and ergonomic equipment setup.
  • Ability to install artwork and AV equipment.
Organization:
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask.
Customer Service: • Experience in customer service and a positive, proactive attitude. Technology Skills:
  • Familiarity with conference room technology and A/V equipment.
  • Proficiency in using office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move office furniture, crates, and boxes up to 75 lbs.
  • Frequent walking, bending, and standing required for various tasks.
Working Hours:
  • Full-time position with daily shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.
  • Flexibility to meet occasional workload demands is necessary.
  • You will report to the Senior Facilities Supervisor.
The expected starting salary range for this role is ($34,000- $55,000) per year. We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs. Levi Strauss & Co.
