Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an Instructional Designer for our client in La Jolla, CA. This is an opportunity to contribute to transformative educational projects within a forward-thinking and innovative learning environment.

• Pay: $35–$40/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with content and tech teams to design asynchronous online courses
• Translate instructional content into engaging learning modules and activities
• Ensure learning experiences meet adult education and National University standards
• Attend regular check-ins and project meetings to ensure consistency and timely delivery
• Provide bilingual translation of materials (English/Spanish), if assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Instructional Design, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3+ years’ experience in instructional design and adult learning
• Proficiency in D2L Brightspace, Articulate, Camtasia, and multimedia design tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; understanding of PK–12 education a plus
