Job Description

We are looking for a remote Instructional Designer for a top fashion company!

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing and delivering instructional materials and experiences, both digital and physical, in a consistent and reliable fashion toward an efficient, effective, appealing, engaging and inspiring acquisition of knowledge

Required Qualifications:

• Focused on building change management training content; instructional design ability required
• Understanding/knowledge of change management and fundamentals of training/adult learning
• Worked in corporate environment building trainings and materials for a frontline workforce
• Experience having worked in an HR organization / understanding of Talent fundamentals
• Instructional design – ability to design, develop, and launch learnings/trainings/programs that can be delivered in various formats/modalities for a frontline workforce
