RESPONSIBILITIES + Design and develop instructional materials using Storyline 360. + Apply instructional design theories for effective learning experiences. + Use multimedia and technology tools to enhance learning. + Collaborate with graphics illustrators or use graphics libraries. + Develop assessments to ensure content mastery. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency in Articulate Storyline. + Understanding of instructional design theories (e.g., ADDIE). + Ability to write clear, measurable learning objectives. + Experience in creating visual, audio, and interactive learning modules. + Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. + Flexibility and teamwork skills. + Attention to detail and thoroughness. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $39.74 - $39.74/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
