Several respected law firms across Miami are seeking experienced Legal Assistants to join their teams. We are hiring across multiple practice areas , including Litigation, Corporate, Real Estate, and Insurance Defense . These roles offer long-term career growth and the opportunity to support high-performing legal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and format legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and discovery
• E-file documents in Florida State and Federal courts
• Maintain attorney calendars, schedule depositions, and manage case deadlines
• Assist with trial prep, binders, exhibits, and case organization
• Maintain and organize physical and electronic files
• Handle client communication with professionalism and discretion
• Coordinate with court staff, opposing counsel, and internal team members

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal assistant
• Proficiency with legal software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Clio, NetDocuments, or similar)
• Familiarity with Florida e-filing systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience in high-volume environments is highly preferred

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly pay or salary depending on experience
• Temp, temp-to-perm, and direct hire options available
