Job Summary:

The Maintenance Crew team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This entry level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.  The focus of this maintenance position will be on painting, both interior and exterior. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. 

Job Specifications

  • Expected Pay Range: $20.74 - $26.45 / hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-Time

    • Weekends and Holidays

  • Skill Level: Entry Level 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Prep, drywall, basic carpentry, painting, staining, and clean-up of building interiors and exteriors, picnic tables, benches, signage, and other areas around the resort as needed.
  • Working in conjunction with a carpentry team on timing and communication.
  • General upkeep of shop and office areas including trash and recycling duty, cleaning & organizing, cleaning, painting tools, etc.
  • Use skilled based knowledge and experience to perform assigned tasks in a professional manner at all times.
  • Adhere to all resort and department policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: 

  • At least 2 years of painting experience or equivalent experience.
  • Must be able to follow directions and complete assigned tasks.
  • Must follow safety policies and procedures.
  • Be able to climb ladders or scaffolding.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Must be able to communicate with supervisors and other employees.
  • Ability to work independently and with others.
  • Valid Driver’s license.
  • Maintain a positive attitude.

The expected pay range is $20.74 - $26.45. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
