Job Description

QuaverEd is a rapidly growing education technology company located on Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee. We specialize in online educational software for Music, Heath and PE, Pre-K, and SEL.

We are looking for experienced candidates to apply for our Music Training Specialist position. This person would report to the Training Manager and would primarily be responsible for training customers on how to use our K-8 Music curriculum.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience teaching Music in a K-8
  • Degree in Music Education, or a related Music field preferred
  • Additional Certifications or National Affiliations preferred
  • Training and/or instructional coaching experience preferred
  • Experience with online curricula and curriculum development, use of QuaverMusic preferred
  • Experience with Google Suites, Microsoft Office, Canva
  • Excellent communications and relationship skills

Job Duties:

  • Report to the Manager of Training
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of QuaverMusic curriculum
  • Lead virtual and in-person training/sales sessions for teachers on QuaverMusic resources
  • Travel to school sites to coach and train teachers and other education stakeholders in understanding and using the QuaverMusic resources
  • Host virtual events for QuaverMusic users and prospective customers
  • Attend national conferences to represent QuaverEd in booths and lead workshop sessions
  • Other duties as assigned

The person must be located in the Nashville, TN area and be willing to travel up to 10 days per month.

This role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus and allowing 2 days remote. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies.

QuaverEd, Inc. offers an excellent benefits package including 80 hours of vacation per year with an increase after 3 years to 120 hours, 12 paid holidays, 60 hours of sick leave, subsidized health care insurance paying 75% of the cost up to $750 per month, a 401(k) program with no participation fees, and a collegial, supporting atmosphere.
