Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Office Administrative Assistant role located in Irvine, CA. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls, communication, processing Will-Call orders, executive administrative tasks, and clerical duties.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Experience with Phone Etiquette and Communication
  • Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in event planning or rental industry is strongly preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
