Product Operations Manager II
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Product Operations Manager II who can adeptly balance multiple priorities. This individual will build productive internal and external relationships with key business partners, including Developer Relations, Product Marketing, Industrial Design, Marcom, Engineering, and Operations. The role involves contributing to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating curiosity to learn.
Responsibilities
+ Define the assortment of third-party accessories with vendors to develop products optimized for the ecosystem, ensuring they meet exacting standards.
+ Partner with Product Marketing and Field teams to identify emerging trends and product categories that could drive incremental growth.
+ Develop special edition, exclusive products for global and local campaigns.
+ Collaborate with technical teams to ensure third-party products enhance the experience of key technologies and services.
+ Drive the commercial performance of the assortment through detailed analytics and qualitative research.
+ Manage product lifecycle from initial forecasting to end of life.
+ Understand and share insights to drive the performance of accessory products and communicate opportunities to internal partners.
Essential Skills
+ 4+ years of proven experience in buying, merchandising, or product development.
+ Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel/Numbers.
+ Experience in delivering against targets and managing a P&L.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Skilled in partnership management with the ability to develop relationships at all levels, including senior management.
+ Experience leading senior -level relationships with external vendors and internal partners.
+ Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with diverse technical and creative teams across the world.
+ Experience presenting complex topics to senior leadership.
+ Strong familiarity with iOS App Store.
+ Excellent time management, multi-tasking, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Work Environment
The role requires onsite work Tuesday through Thursday. Work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57.45 - $57.45/hr.
