Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to source, attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates for a variety of roles. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, understands recruitment best practices, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and cold outreach. Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess applicant qualifications. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage candidate pipelines for multiple open roles. Maintain accurate and organized applicant tracking data. Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Coordinate job offers and assist with onboarding when needed. Build relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs. Attend job fairs, hiring events, or networking events as needed. Qualifications: ~ High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. ~1+ years of recruiting, HR, or staffing agency experience preferred. ~ Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Workable, Bullhorn, iCIMS, etc.). ~ Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ~ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. ~ Highly organized with excellent time management skills. ~ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
