Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Supervision: Oversee and support nurses providing in-home care.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to operational standards and policies.
• Training & Development: Onboard and mentor new nursing staff.
• Performance Evaluation: Assess and document nurse competencies and performance.
• Communication: Foster open and positive interactions among staff, patients, and families.
• Problem Resolution: Address and manage complaints or issues effectively.
• Patient Support: Provide psychological support to patients and their families.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records in line with care plans and policies.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active and current RN license in Missouri or a compact state.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in pediatric nursing.
• Leadership: Proven supervisory experience in a nursing setting.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with private duty nursing is advantageous; training provided.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
