We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SAP EHS Business Analyst to support our clients in aligning environmental, health, and safety (EHS) processes with SAP system capabilities-ensuring compliance, efficiency, and user adoption.

Job Summary:

As an SAP EHS Business Analyst , you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the SAP EHS functional/technical teams. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting EHS processes, and supporting testing, training, and change management efforts-without engaging in hands-on system configuration.

This role requires strong communication, documentation, and process-mapping skills, along with experience supporting SAP EHS implementations in a global or enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and analyze business requirements related to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS).
• Document as-is and to-be EHS business processes, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants to ensure the technical solution meets business expectations.
• Coordinate business-side data activities (collection, cleansing, and migration).
• Develop test scenarios and test cases; support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create training materials and provide end-user support during rollout.
• Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to EHS processes.
• Support change management and business readiness activities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including significant experience in SAP EHS modules.
• Strong knowledge of EHS compliance processes and SAP best practices.
• Excellent skills in business process documentation, stakeholder communication, and requirements analysis.
• Experience working with global or cross-functional teams in remote environments.
• Ability to manage deliverables with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with SAP implementation lifecycles and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in large-scale SAP rollouts or upgrades.
• Exposure to regulatory compliance and safety standards (OSHA, REACH, GHS, etc.).
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for project collaboration.
• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
