Job DescriptionCloudOps role requires maintaining reliable, fault tolerant infrastructure and application availability to meet the demands of our growing customer base.
We are seeking a Cloud/Systems Engineer with strong s ystems engineering expertise to maintain reliable, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure and ensure high availability of our SaaS applications deployed in AWS and Azure . This is a hands-on, production-focused role supporting global customer SaaS/PaaS environments across the full deployment lifecycle—from provisioning to upgrades and ongoing support.
You’ll work at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and systems operations , contributing directly to uptime, stability, and scale.
CloudOps Engineer will primarily be responsible for
Deploy and upgrade customer environments and troubleshoot issues during these processes.
Monitor and maintain mission-critical applications in AWS and Azure.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve infrastructure or system-level issues.
Conduct system patching, health checks, and ensure uptime of services.
Manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy on cloud VMs.
Support Linux-based systems and perform basic administration (user management, updates, configurations).
Automate routine operations and deployment tasks using PowerShell, Bash , or similar scripting tools.
Enforce cloud security best practices, access controls, and policy compliance.
Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Support teams to incorporate feedback into automation pipelines.
Execute scheduled maintenance and participate in release cycles.
Analyze infrastructure and process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
4–6 years of hands-on experience in Azure and/or AWS CloudOps or Systems Engineering roles.
Strong experience in Windows Server administration , including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
Proficiency with PowerShell scripting (Bash a plus).
Experience managing Virtual Machines on Azure and AWS.
Working knowledge of Linux system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.).
Solid grasp of networking concepts : DNS, load balancers, firewalls, routing.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools , infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible), and version control systems (Git).
Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS environments and production-grade deployments.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, globally distributed environment.
Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
RHCSA (if managing Linux-based VMs)
HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
