Role Overview:

We are seeking a full-time, remote Senior Mortgage Loan Originator to join our dynamic team. This commission-only role offers a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals looking to make a significant impact. As a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator, you'll help prospective homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate investors secure the financing they need. You will manage loan applications, evaluate underwriting criteria, and guide borrowers through every step of the mortgage process. In addition, you'll have the potential to manage a team and receive a generous monthly car allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist prospective homebuyers, homeowners, and investors with mortgage financing.
Analyze and assess loan applications, ensuring they meet the necessary underwriting guidelines.
Offer expert advice on loan options and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan origination process.
Use innovative tools and technology to stay connected with clients and realtors.
Collaborate with your team and manage all aspects of the loan process.

Qualifications:

Established referral network for generating new business.
In-depth knowledge of underwriting processes and mortgage lending standards.
Minimum 5 years of experience in loan origination.
Strong ability to assess and analyze loan applications effectively.
Thorough understanding of various loan products and financial concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must hold or be eligible for an MLO license in Ohio, Florida, or Alabama.
